Comedian Wayne Federman presents a short instructional explaining some of the fundementals of Chico Marx piano playing. I am obviously not as proficient as the great Chico but you get the idea. Again, this is just the basics: Shooting, Flicking, and Gliding (remember use only the NAIL of the middle finger). I will examine some other tricks and techniques (left hand, intros, etc.) in Part 2. Special thanks to Peter Slutsker (he played Chico on Broadway) who taught me the "glide."
